No worries, I was hesitating between the high end Spectre Folio and the XPS 2 in 1 13.
I am now an happy owner of DELL.
Thanks you HP mid Valleys staff to make my choise more easy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does Hewlett Packard ever monitor their franchisees performance? This establishment here in Midvalley is way below par. Extremely rude staffs with no interest whatsoever to sell their products. They will suggest to you to go to Lowyat Plaza (another establishment of theirs) to get the items that you came to buy in Midvalley HP. If you were to say no to the Lowyat proposal, they’ll get upset and be rude to you. Buck up Hewlett Packard or be prepared to loose customers especially here in Midvalley. Totally disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. I called them to ask if they had stock for one of the desktop and was told that they had the stock in. Once arrived, I was told that only display unit was available. Staff was extremely rude and uninterested in serving their customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to give my Spectre laptop that was out of warranty for repair. I was bluntly told they don't accept laptops that are out of warranty as they don't have spares. I don't know when HP stopped providing support to laptops that are out of warranty.The funny thing is this branch was listed on the Hp drop off list on the link provided by HP support team and the sales rep at the store told me it's wrong information. Anyways will not recommend this store to anyone planning to purchase a new laptop as they are not bothered if you purchase or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called a sales agent Boon Yun to ask on stock availability on a laptop model in Feb 2021. He followed up few days later to inform me once the model was available. I have asked many questions over the phone before visiting the store, and the service was good. After purchasing the laptop, Yun helped to set up the laptop and answer all my enquiries patiently. even though is was during Chinese New Year and I am in the store nearing closing hours.
