★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do you want to visit one of the worst embassay in the world?
Well, look no further! Visit Bangladesh embassy in KL right away, where there are 7 counters (completely empty and if you manage to find the area with no signs to guide you) with no embassay worker in sight, you will see the embassay workers chit chatting with each other and passing by every now and then while completely ignoring the people waiting for their assistance (However, once they do come they are pretty polite).
It doesn't matter if you are Malaysian or Bangladeshi, unless you are somone well known, they will treat you like you are invisible, a group of monkeys could provide better assistant I'm sure.
There is no SOP, waiting area chair looks like they are straight from the dumpster haven't been cleaned in years, however, I am sure it's so dirty that even coronavirus couldn't survive it.
I still gave 1 star because of the guard at the entrance (Local Indian I believe) he deserves a promotion for his kindness and the assistance he provided to everyone. He is by far the best person in the entire embassay and really deserves recognition.
If you are in need of the Bangladesh embassy services at KL may God be with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Nation never ever will be Polite and responsible. The counters were opened and nobody was there to provide informations, They gets salary from our money and stay here with family. I saw everyone just playing phone I was waiting 10am-4.30 pm to attached a document. Should have responsibilities to serve better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been here multiple times to get my documents attested for my visa, and I'd rather have watched Cats (2019) a 100 times, because that would be infinitely more enjoyable and less stressful. It's never just one day visit one day done, they often come up with the most ridiculous of reasons to not do their work. I understand that it's also partly the system's fault, and partly the fault of the people visiting who could not make the visits any bit less pleasurable for the other visitors, but the embassy itself makes no efforts to better their services or their facilities. No proper queuing system for visitors, actually scratch that, there is no "system" at all. Honestly, they don't even deserve a single star. As a Bangladeshi, I've never been more disappointed in my country, but they somehow still manage to lower my expectations every time.
Edit: Ah I forgot to mention that the staff are not friendly at all, and I understand from what they have to deal with, but just thought that was a point I should make.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really unorganised process of submission and collection of Visa. The counter is always empty and you will find yourself clueless and extremely dumbfounded standing infront of the counter until someone comes out to entertain you. Had to sit and wait at this extremely hot location just to collect my passport back and they just kept telling you to wait, but never give u an exact time. Just wait and pray hard that you dont need to sit here the whole day just to get a simple task done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are inhumane and don't have sympathy for anyone. It doesn't matter whether you are old, crippled, have baby or pregnant. To them you are simply a slave. These creatures rarely visit their counters and none of their notice board/website will tell you what documents and how many copies do you actually need to bring. If you need to visit this embassy and you are commoner who doesn't have any special link/connection with these savage staffs, expect your whole day to be ruined. People smoke in the waiting areas, the toilets are smelly and unclean, and only Allah knows how long you have to wait in that humid, hot, suffocated environment. When the staffs finally come, expect a huge crowd pushing from all sides. The only good thing is they have a working water filter, otherwise people would have fainted from this hell. Lastly bring all original/copies of everything you have ever gained in your life while visiting this embassy. You never know what document they might need from you.
