★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service and just incompetent. refused to help anyone applying for a visa . washed it off their hands by saying to contact the singapore office. did not show any initiative in trying to get the visa application centre for canada open again like the UK centre. Would not try to help those who called. even students who would have to differ a whole year if they did not get their visa in time were not offered any help at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not say enough good things about my experience with this High Commission office. The consular services have been incredibly efficient and people working there supportive. We needed the High Commission's support during the COVID lock down, despite most of Malaysia being shut down, the Canadian High Commission gave us all of the support that we required. A heartful thanks to the team working to support Canadian's abroad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located not too far from Petronas tower and the location is accessible with public transit and a bit of walk. Not too far from this office was a photo shop and it was good because I needed to have my pictures taken (this made the process much easier). Almost organized and respectful and I would have given a 5 star but because sometimes when you apply for a service and something halts the process, the consulate will not necessarily contact you and you have to do the follow up yourself. Overall though the service is efficient and works for most of the people. Nowadays, most of the services are online, but make sure to check travel restriction during COVID-19 pandemic because if you apply, the system may not necessarily prompt you that the tourist visa is on pause and only after you paid the fee you may figure out that this was the reason for your visa being rejected, which to me is a big flaw in the system but still the online process makes it so much more time efficient and accessible for those who have access to a computer and internet.
