★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a wonderful place for family accommodation at reasonable price without compromising on basic living. Bonus is nearby school at walking distace, Jaya grocers and avoidance of school traffic in school hours as it is on backside of school. The view to Kiara hills and forest are worth it. Good facility for tennis, squash, family function room, swimming pool and gym add to it. Very good place for working parents with school going children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I first moved into this place it was welcoming, had a lovely family feel and a sociable community. Unfortunately, I feel things have changed. The curtain twitchers love reporting the kids around the complex and it just seems to be all about enforcing house rules no matter how inflexible they are. I know other people who have gone elsewhere for similar reasons. I would look at other options if you are looking for a family condo in Mont Kiara.
