★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive been living in Mont kiara for about 6years now. I dont reside in Gateway but i have friends who do and do visit them often. Gateway is a decent Place For young couples or single adults who want a cool crib to rent. There are alot of other options in the area too so you can easily find one that suits your needs and taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A well maintain condo close to all the amenities yet away from all the crowded malls. Traffic is better then Plaza Mont Kiara area during peak hours. Walking distance to Jaya Grocer and restaurants. A shuttle bus direct to Mid Valley is close to the lobby and walking distance to the bus that goes to MRT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were on the 29th floor, through Airbnb. Superb views of KL, particularly for sunrise and the Chinese New Year fireworks. Good communal pool, good security. Apartment was modern and well equipped. Good WiFi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ive live in here for few years. The facility is nice, always keep clean. Security is good.
Just one thing, management office is super terrible.
They suddenly changed rule and don’t allowed to enter any supplier.
They ask to pay RM1500 deposit for every single time delivery staff entering.
Don’t allowed to enter repair supplier to enter on Sat and Sun, so resident needs to take leave for small repairing service.
Resident need to come down and collect food delivery service in entrance.
IKEA delivery staff also cannot enter room, so resident need to carry and assembly heavy furniture.
Current Management office staff never think of resident convenience.
Cleaning staff, guard staff is very nice. But only management staff is too much terrible.
Not recommend to stay here.
