The service was good, friendly staff. After I finished with my services, I find that there' some weird noises which were not there before. It was already 5pm but the staff reopen the garage area and check again on the noise. All good then.

Worst service centre , book appointment but they never follow time schedule .. honda HQ should keep an eye on this centre ..

Appointment has not been booked. Waiting stupidly for one hour from the 'appointment time via phone call'. No point of calling for an appointment if no one note on that. Alhamdullilah, not so many cars so manage to slot in else I am wasting my time waiting for one hour until they told me I have to wait because I walk in. "Next service, you can ask for quotation first." I requested for quotation for next service prior to this service but i got none. Thank you for that. Would like to suggest for a booking via website. Easier. At least I am aware my appointment has been booked.

Worst experience at Honda service center kemaman. Made appointment couple of weeks prior thru phone. On The day, was told by person in charge no appointment was made. Instead she asked for the name of person who I contacted to make the appointment. Obviously I didnโ€™t asked for the person name because it wasnโ€™t necessary. I got the feeling she was thinking Iโ€™m not telling the truth. Then she just gave my key & service book back & sent me off saying the place is fully occupied on that day & cannot do anything. Very disappointed. Plus the place was cramped with staff, people who are waiting for their car to be serviced and people who were visiting the showroom. Not possible for proper social distancing.
