★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful looking range of hipster home goods, the standouts being the wide range of realistic fake plants including some rare varieties.
However, service can be greatly improved.
Several items were missing the price on the label and the cashier who served me(Chinese guy with a black jacket tied around his shoulders) made me feel extremely unwelcome by how he repeatedly answers every single question with first a blank stare and huh before short mumbled answers.
Especially galling considering the price I'm paying for the items. I won't be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Okay, I have to say again Hooga is a good brand with many exciting products. But the staffs worked at there mostly not helpful even at non peak hour. The cashier or staffs (specific chinese male & female, both) were not friendly and not helpful at all, but the malay & Indian were good. Please just don't let them face the customers or just transfer to other department. Hooga really is a good place to shop but just don't let the wrong working attitude staffs spoil the mood. Tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their household products may look nice at first glance but don't always function well. Mostly superficial junk, in my opinion. Their designs have a cheap quality and I think they're grossly overpriced. I bought their toy door stopper for RM31+ but turns out its weight isn't heavy enough to hold my room doors. Even a light door and light wind can push it. Bad design. Now I'm stuck with an expensive and useless paper weight. Unfortunately, Hooga doesn't allow returns, only to Exchange. But there isn't anything else I wanted to exchange it with for similar value. I think if Hooga sincerely wants customer satisfaction, should allow return if the product is still saleable and new. I won't come back to this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's always something special about visiting a shop like HOOGA, especially when you're there with your loved ones. It's almost akin to the magical feeling you get when you visit IKEA, for me at least, where you can imagine buying furniture for your home. Loved the ambience, choices of colors and the neatly arranged items for sale. Everything feels premium and of high quality regardless of which product you are looking for. Have a go, you won't be disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not ever buy the items via webstore. The customer service was terrible in terms of response time and helpfulness.
Bought a cushion pillow one month ago, due to the faulty product (rust), i sent back the item via poslaju and Hooga promised a refund via payment because there was no stock supply for replacement at that point of time.
After i sent back the item, no refund was received after one month, took them 2 weeks to come back to me with a conclusion, where i need to bear the packaging cost and effort and send back the wrong item they refunded me (a towel instead). Then only they want to redund me the pillow because the stock suddenly has been replenished. What was the point of the communication in the first place to get the refund payment then?
Do not confuse the customer and i hope the company to take responsibility on their own mistake and process the refund asap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely miserable experience ordering from these people. I bought a cup and a bath mat. They took almost 2 weeks to ship it out and they messaged me to say that the mug was out of stock and told me to request a refund. When I requested the refund, they appealed it twice. I still haven't gotten my refund for the cup and I don't even care about the RM10 at this point. I know they're not intentionally scamming people, they just have no internal communication and it affects their customers in the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product is amazing. The staff attitude and working performance is horrible. I visited there for 2 times, all their staff were focusing on play phone and chit chat with each other. They don’t even bother their customer by welcoming them or assist them. I approached a Indian lady staff today regarding the size of carpet that they are selling, she replied “ all the size is the same”. I’m not blind OK and all the carpet that they displayed were different size.
