★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to buy my cleanser only since it was finished, my toner and moisturizer was pretty much not finished yet. while i was paying the staff was whispering out loud telling her other coworker that i only bought one item. and then her coworker looked at me and scoffed. she was not even smiling, so rude. its not wrong to purchase only one item lol its not even your shop. please improvise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice, small and cute Body Shop within the big shopping complex. The staff who attended to my wife (during our visit) to the outlet was very helpful, professional and patient. She put up really well with my wife's many questions, explained and sampled so many products to her, and eventually my wife purchased 2 bags Body Shop products. Both staff who were on duty greeted everyone who walked into the outlet in a very nice and genuine manner.
