★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is my first time to trying Jollibee Fried Chicken which most viral in social media. I came from melaka for that reason but unfortunately im really dissapointed with this restaurant. They take order for dine in but most of the table are occupy. They only preparing 20 small (can fit 4person). The number of customer mostly comes around 200-300 person perhour. So how customer want to have dine in. Ok about the taste of chicken i would say the pasar malam fried chicken is better taste than here. This first n last i come here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i was so disappointed that it’s very normal. especially the chicken is so dry and tasteless. the rice is just plain white rice and the gravy taste nothing but watery.
the only thing good is the cheesy fries but it’s very little too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first Jollibee branch in Malaysia outside of Sabah state, and the first branch in Klang Valley. It is located in Sunway Pyramid, which is a very popular shopping mall with lot of customers and shoppers. This restaurant are very crowded most of the time considering that it's not just the shoppers who come here for the meal, but for those who wanted to try the Jollibee for the first time, and at the time of this review, there are no other Jollibee branches opened yet in other location other than Sabah and Sunway Pyramid, hence even waiting time were also very long, estimate 10 minutes and more, and even the seats are often fully seated, so trying to find empty seats were very hard time, or else just takeaways instead. Order is just straightaway by just order through the kiosk. Don't be shocked by the requirement to collect your phone number because it can be bypassed without need to give your phone number by press "Guest mode". Accepts cashless payments including cards and e-wallets. Ordered the spaghetti and fried chicken. I do like the spaghetti as it's taste taste like the pizza due to it's sauce which is a mixture of meats, tomato sauces and cheese, while for fried chicken, well it is nothing special, as it is too similar to KFC fried chicken, but Jollibee offers the gravy sauce which are okay. If want to skip the crowd, I suggest wait for few more Jollibee branches to open in Klang Valley first before want to go try for it.

Since it's the only shop available in Malaysia, I went all the way to Sunway Pyramid for it. ?
I would not say it's the best fast food shop I tried but still hold up to its name.
I ordered 'Burger Steak' and 'Fried Chicken & Spaghetti'. The price is ok.
Chicken can be improved (a bit dry) as well as gravy (not thick enough).
I like Burger Steak though.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered 3 chickens and spaghetti, chickens are okay, the gravy tastes different but so good. The spaghetti's sauce is sweet and delicate. If you like sweet things, definitely try the spaghetti. Ordered 2 spicy chickens and 1 original. I like the original better since it got more herbs and balanced taste. The spicy one kinda bland and got little heat compared to the original one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the mistake of watching a local mukbang before trying Jollibee at Pyramid for myself. It left an uproar of JB fan hate on their YT channel, old man is here to debunk the hate and spread the love.
On the table is 2 piece Chickenjoy with Spaghetti and a bun (RM19.49). The channel's main pain point with JB was the spaghetti sauce tasted too sweet. I instantly opened the box of spaghetti and mixed them in. The spaghetti was moist (not dry or caked as claimed) and easy to mix. It had more than 2 sausage pieces. First taste, yes it's sweet but not exaggerated ketchup sweet. It isn't nearly as sweet as Pizza Hut.
Next, the fried chicken, the major complaint from the channel was that it was too dry and that the brown sauce was there to moisten it. I had chicken drum and breast meat. The breast meat when torn, had a gleam and was steaming. If I had a complaint, it would be that it's a little too soft meaning the pressure cooking was too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Missing half of my orders. Chicken taste bland, its difficult for a fried chicken to taste awful but they managed to do it anyway. The sausage bun looks like it's done to test your patience, totally different from the photo on menu. On the ice cream, they don't even bother to fill the cup till full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wondered what all the fuss is about so we went outside peak hours to give this new chain a try. No wonder it's a Filipino fave, the chicken is pretty good. Price is pretty standard for fast food. Ordered a 2-piece chicken with 3 sides which cost about RM15. Tried the regular Chickenjoy and the spicy one but the regular tastes better. Also tried the spaghetti but I'm not a fan. The sauce was too sweet, it tasted like something you can get from vending machines. They have the digital screens to order from and the experience was quite smooth. You can also order from the regular counters if you prefer. Go early if you want to avoid having to queue for a long time, this outlet looks big but it's actually pretty small and can only seat limited patrons at a time.
