★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service. Not all nurses are friendly. Few of them really good. They charged RM70 per day for meals but only offering porridge n mee hoon soup (no other menu except these two). I'm just order for twice but they still charged RM140 for 2 days. At least please offer good food for RM70 per day. This hospital not support breastfeeding at all because they are busy do marketing for formula milk. I'm really frustrated on this matter. They didn't ask permission before feed baby with formula milk. They simply feed a brand which the parents not interested with. No cleaning is done till the patient has been discharged. No rubbish bin in each wad, you have walk to toilet to throw the rubbish. No soap to wash hand at sink n it take too long to refill it. This hospital is a private hospital and we are paying for it but the service was not good. I hope the management will do something to improve the quality of service. Please consider about it.

Recent visit is to conduct an abdominal scanning. The sonographer here is young buy very professional, she is very detailed in doing the scanning compared to the sonographer I have it at other hospital.
Thank you so much to the sonographer at this Metro clinic, hope she will continue her service here for long.
