★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is really really poor!! The staffs are making really loud noises through out the night, can’t sleep can’t relax! ( really bad noise protection)! The roof top breakfast provided by the hotel is only slice bread and boiled egg in the hot temperature environment! The experience of staying at Nginap hotel is HORRIBLE!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place and reasonable price, walking distance to restaurants and coffee shops. Provides simple breakfast. During my stay, only clean the room for 1 time. "Please clean my room" sign was gone/stolen from the second day, no one checked/clean for rest of my stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to be a very nice place to stay in, but until last Saturday 15th July 2019 checked in to room 306, there were cockroaches running on the bed, and the bathroom smells like cockroaches. Requested to change the room, but room was fully booked. Check out the next day and made a complaint, the lady did not even looked at me and sarcastically replied me by "yes, OK, OK" , yes not even an apology. Really disappointed and upset with the attitude, maintenance 0% from the first day I stayed it was clean and tidy, but until today roaches roaming in the room and smells like you are in the cockroach hive. For the last 3 stays there were no toilet papers, and the bed sheet yellow and black stains where you wouldn't dare to sleep on it. Some brown stains were found on the bed sheet too hopefully it's not from the roaches or previous customers. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY! DISGUSTING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent boutique hotel. Rooms clean. Beautifully decorated place. Staff friendly.
Cons: some things not working, like safe and lights. Breakfast is meager and self service on open air top floor of hotel. Suggest to have food outside since there is plenty of choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Plus point is the location. During the day it is bustling with activity. However, Surroundings can get a bit quiet and dark at night, does not feel very safe. The access card given doesn’t unlock the main door, have to wait for the staff to unlock it for you. The lobby is dark after hours, and staff may/may not be present.
Housekeeping is a bit shoddy. It’s a nicely designed and styled boutique hotel but it can be maintained better. The bed sheet in my room was stained, and wasn’t given a bath towel or a full roll of toilet paper for the first night.
Otherwise, staff are friendly and helpful.
