Room quite spacious.
Air conditioner fully working.
Friendly staff.
Free basement parking.
cons
Average Breakfast menu.
No convenient shop nearby except mini petrol station grocery. ( suggest bring your own "junk food")
No water pressure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good Location, very near to KLCC and other places.room size is decent, no smell as such. Ample parking space available however its too narrow to get in and out.
Hotel is in 80/90's, a bit old style and not upgraded, especially Toilet seems to be a bit dirty and old.
Extremely noisy, can't sleep in the night, you will feel literally as if sleeping on the foot path. Had a bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A quiet and neat hotel. Close to IJN (Heart Hospital). Nice breakfast offerings. The lobby looks big and sort of empty - nice and clean tho. Basement car park available. Convenience store (shop) in the next building. Staff are friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrated with the cleaning services. 2 days out of 4 days (20.1.2020 to 23.1.2020) of stay my room was not clean and make up though make up signage was put up. This is a bad service as time is critical for our stay. Been calling front desk twice more than 30 minutes one staff turned up to check but still no one is not clean it up.
The top management please take note on this comments. Please ensure the services are as per advertised.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We loved the room itself (very nice). Transportation is easy to the hotel. Sirens were blaring almost throughout the night and traffic noise continued all night. Furniture very old fashioned and not replaced for ***y years. The staff are so friendly and eager to help in any way. Receipts issued to guests should be written neatly and properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot water sometimes have, sometimes dont have ? Budget hotel. No gym/swimming pool. No inter connect door for family. But have ironing board in every room. Luckily i brought my iron along. 2 queen bed and 1 single, 3 pillows, but only 2 towel for shower ? want 1 more, rent rm10. Free parking for room customer. Can go and in many times, just stamp at lobby. Or park outside with sun and rain ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel is old school, worn down but comfortable enough. The rate is really reasonable. But biggest plus must be the food. The lunch and dinner buffet are much better than some 5 stars hotel who tried to serve Malay food. Really delicious food. Come here if you want great Malay food. I mean really great!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible hotel, had to stay here for an exam, first of the hotel is near a busy main road so lots of traffic, and the windows are cheap quality, the windows do absolutely nothing, can still here all the motorcycles and cars as if I were standing on the street myself, horrible if you have to wake up to an exam the next day. Secondly, the carpark is so confusing and there’s no lift so you have to carry all your suitcases up the several flights of stairs. 3rd, the cut the electricity one night from 11pm- 6am so now I’m stuck in a hot, noisy dark room- super uncomfortable. Bathroom is as clean as it should be. Staff are pretty clueless, but to be fair I had very little interaction with the staff. All in all I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel. Because though it’s price fair but the services are horrible, very uncomfortable stay one of the worst hotel experiences I have faced.
