is a guy with no hair...abit chubby with a spectacles.
Please do improve your rules and regulations. Write your rules clearly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I expect much more from this hotel considering the price, but there wasn't anything necessarily bad. The rooms have no electric kettle and you have to request at the front desk if you want one in your room. Although when we did request for the kettle, they only have one available and it's already taken. Nothing really irritates me though, so if you must stay at this hotel you don't need to worry about anything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience as a hotelier their location is good nearby to malls and KL city center.
Stayed for 4 nights in their Superior Room and what i can say is that this room type is super small even to get down from the side of the bed is so difficult because of the narrow space for me to walk.
Positive side, their housekeeping did a great job at cleaning because it's clean.
Receptionist needs more training on information knowledge around their area when guest ask for informations or guidance because they can't even answer me when i ask something but they're nice and friendly??
Hotel has no lift but will suggest to take upper floor room because their ground floor room quite noisy especially in the morning when other guest speak so loud till will wake you up from your comfy sleep.
Overall it's an ok place to stay because price quite high for a room without breakfast and it's small size room.
