Lousy process, buy banker’s cheque require 2 days while other bank have no issue within the same day. Double standard HSBC!?

The security guard need to be trained to speak better English, I suppose HSBC customers are majority English educated? Anyway, I went to apply for a cheque book and it was quickly processed, no troublesome questions asked like local bank. Overall still good banking experience (first time go to branch this year as everything could be done online).

This is the worst bank.... The service was very bad! The customer service very slow even little customer. I waiting my turn more than 1 hours.................. ????????

Person from the online banking said they made an appointment at this branch at a certain time for an urgent matter . Came to this branch at the appointment time and nobody knows what’s happening and just keep asking me to wait and take a new number ( what’s the point of an appointment and asking me to come at certain time anyway ?!?) And I took a break number , after long wait and asking around again as my number was not called ( the number display was not working ) , keep asking me to wait and then in the end tell me that the number wasn’t registered in their system . Very very bad banking experience.
