Terlalu lambat hampir sejam menunggu smpai sekarang menunggu untuk bank statement..pelanggan kurang Tak sampai 10 orang...kluar masuk....makan gaji buta
Too slow, almost an hour waiting until now waiting for bank statement.. less customers Less than 10 people...going in and out... eating blind salary

我是真的第一次看见客服人员那么不想接待顾客,说的好像OCBC bank是马来西亚bank的巨头似的 还建议我步行去隔壁那条街的maybank 申请户口???不想做生意就直说啊 浪费了我排队的时间 真不知道这种的客服人员 玩什么还有人会用OCBC bank ,建议培养好员工的服务态度和用词 硬生生的把客人推去别的银行
This is the first time I have seen customer service staff who do not want to receive customers. It seems that OCBC bank is the giant of Malaysian bank. I also recommend that I walk to the maybank on the street next to apply for an account? ? ? I do n’t want to do business. Just waste my time waiting in line. I really do n’t know what kind of customer service staff would use. OCBC bank is recommended. It is recommended to cultivate good service attitude and wording of staff. Push customers to other banks stiffly.

员工服务是很好, 很细心。 不好之处就是没有拿号码的顾客也可以serve 先。 他们这样会让拿号码的顾客不公平。 有向员工投诉为什么可以插位? 他们说有warning 那位插位的顾客了 ? 那么为什么你们员工不直接告诉顾客必须跟号码走吗 !!!??? 如果大家都跟号码走, 等久是没问题的。 问题是你们竟然可以serve 插位的顾客先!!!!!!!!?
Staff service is good and attentive. The downside is that customers who don't have a number can also serve first. They make it unfair to the customer who takes the number. I have complained to the staff why I can plug in? They said there is a warning to the customer who plugged in ? So why don't your employees tell the customer directly that they must follow the number !!!??? If everyone follows the number, there is no problem in waiting for a long time. The problem is that you can actually serve the customers who inserted seats first!!!!!!!!!?

A woman customer service called my dad bald when we were called to her counter. Why?????????? And she speaks in a playful rather annoying tone when serving us. Why OCBC??????? Unprofessional.

When you request for a simple documents, after fill-up the form and was told that when the documents are ready the bank will contact you (within 2 weeks) but is already 1month no follow up & I have to caledl ocbc bank then was asked so many questions for verification such as how long is the loan, how much is the loan, when is the loan taken & bla bla bla. I fine the verification part is ridiculously bad. I just want a simple answer is the documents ready for collection or not. What a funny banking operations is that?? The operater who pick up my call was Mohd Alif. Do look in to your banking services again. Thanks.
