★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very lousy serviCe. Especially the staff name Helen, not allow my mum to take number and said she will adise. HoweVer, she keep chatting with other customer and forgot about my mum. Even i haf asked her twice! She keep saying she will allocate number! There is only 1 customer service counter which my Mum want to apply atm card only. Enter the bank at 2.20am , waited for an hr, yet not reach our turn. My mum is at age 80 no snr citizen counter also.

Very rude couldn't explain to customer about the detail just ask customer to google about it. Please educate your staff on how to handle customer fulfill customer question not just ask them to google it. After this will go to HQ wont be going there after this eventhough near to home. Please ambank please fix this issue
