★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have accident in HSBC premises today,& HSBC straight said im wrong bcoz parking in the wrong side,actually HSBC staff allowed me parking that area,& once accident happen,HSBC staff MS DIAN(chinese) said u cannot park there.Look not profesional as a big company & if that area cannot park supposed tell HSBC staff remind client cannot park or put some sign cannot park like orange kon.Look premises coverage to claim for repair the car part(door)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ just to open an account. very less customer but still waiting pretty long to be entertained. and they are super busy. im gonna say just to open an account the progress is like an hour. ridiculous. one star is for friendly staff. that's all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in to terminate my cc and to find out that they call the service centre for me to talk to their counterpart MYSELF! If I insist to do it manually, they will need to emel the forms etc and claimed to take more time. Confused? And still unable to complete my transaction..
