★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT bank with HSBC. Despite having premier account Priority, HSBC has the worst service compare to other banks. Limited counter, slow services etc etc. They have great advertising but terrible customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They can just simply close anyone's account with NO F**KING SOLID REASON. Clean and faithful user but mistreated like this. Better don't do business with them. Even my big company is planning to cancel their service after numerous disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This foreign bank has been in when existence in Malaysia for many decades. I patronize this branch due to the proximity to my home. However I have bank accounts with local banks and I find that this bank, whether night or day, gives me the feeling of some security whenever I am using the machines. Whereas I feel the local banks are kind of short in their customer security as many ATM sections are ill lit and does not have that security staff sitting in the machine area.
But this is my personal opinion.

But while I try to open account, the manager stopped me in the last minutes. They need 2 more weeks to review and open a new account for me. That's really strange because in the next half an hour, MayBank open a exactly same new account without any issue.
My best guess is, HSBC might under certain regulation especially dealing business with international account.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a low traffic hour and yet I experienced slowest queue ever. Filled up the calling form to wait for customer service's call as I have other matters to attend. Now its been month and nobody called me.
