★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of misleading texts touting fantastic FD returns. Rubbish terms! Don't waste your Sunday coming all the way, struggle to find parking and end up with a dud of a customer service person! Thank god I have a good relationship manager who salvaged the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is good. Ticketing machine is right infront once you step in, and there will be a staff nearby to assist.
Service is fairly efficient.
Personal customer service - depends on your luck... some staffs are obviously junior and inexperience, do not know their products well enough, that aside, has some attitude problem.
However, I have also encountered staffs that are superb which warrants recommendation letter (which I provided).
Parking is one BIG problem in this area. However, if you are a premier banking customer, there are several parking slots just for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service in this Bank is way way below normal (not exceptional) standards . One can go for Dim Sum , enjoy a few cups of tea and still wait to be served . When you labelled yourself as Premier Banking but not live up to “premier” than it’s a mislabelling .
