Bought second hand fridge in Dec 2019. Spoiled in March (fridge not cold). Said warranty over, so need to pay to repair. After repair, spoiled again in July (same issue - fridge not cold). Complained but said warranty over. The least thing they could do is to offer free repair because how could same issue happened twice due to user's fault.
Repaired my washing machine on May 2020. In less than 2 months, spoiled again. Regretted that I get them to repair my washing machine after bad experience with the fridge repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Panasonic air Cond was under warranty. I still had to pay rm500 labor to claim for a new compressor from Panasonic. Fine, I paid for the labor. Just after 1 year compressor failed again. Was the new part from Panasonic put into my aircond or did an old part go in? Second experience, my fridge had a failed timer, they 'repaired' it but only to fail again in less than 2 months. Avoid this place at all cost. I've lost my money, let Karma do it's thing now. What goes around comes around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called them to fix my AC in mid Sept, they said no big issue just need to refill freon, did minor cleaning & rub the rusty thermistor (paid for RM200 for this). On same day still the same issue, called the boss & the technician said i need to change all the AC piping due to leaking & it'll cost me +/- RM 500. I can't just believe it & look for other technician's opinion on next day. Guess what? It costs me only RM100 & new technician showed me that the freon was not fully refilled (only 30%) & no pipe leaking at all, just need to change the thermistor. I called this Hup Fatt co. & asked them to return my money since they're not doing their job properly & tried to cheat me. I'm actually ready to lost my money but I want them to learn their lesson to stop cheating people. Chased them via whatsapp, calls for almost 2 months, came also to their shop to ask for the refund, then only yesterday they finally transferred RM100. Hence, in conclusion I've paid RM 100 just for them to rub my thermistor (a 5 minutes job). Believe me avoid this place at all cost, wish to never been dealing with this conman!! If there is a minus rating, I would rate them minus 5.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible high charges. Not up front with cost and makes one feel cheated esp after discovering that others charge cheaper prices for similar services. Workers are not skilled / nor properly trained and does a poor job. They do not know how to properly diagnose nor actually fix the issue.
