★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We come here frequently and the food is one of the best in AS. Recently, came here for a disappointing CNY set lunch. Set was RM 1399 per table for 10. Overpriced since all the dishes were of small portion. Everyone wasn’t full and had to go for second round. Duck served was so dry as it’s been over cooked and over fried. Rice was enough to feed 4 person at most..

- service by waiters / cashier is polite
- self serving dimsum
- oriental lunch menu only starts after 11am to 3pm, then 6pm till close
- parking is not an issue unless banquet held
- payment via cash and most e-wallet service /duit now
- fair amount variety of dimsum
- portion wise slightly bigger than usual dimsum vendors in Alor Setar, charge abit more maybe by RM 1 to 2 ringgit per basket
- ingredients are fresh and taste is good
- Airconditioned and air sterilising for Covid-19
- price all subject to 6% SST

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful restaurant. The Siew Mai and bao we (2 pax) had were reasonably good. Not outstanding. Price was around RM6 - RM7.50 per item. You need to pick and collect your order at the counter. The air-con was quite cold as the restaurant was not full. Our food and tea got cold quickly. Couldn't stay longer as it was too cold for me.

vibe: comfortable and very clean as it was newly renovated
food: excellent
price: worth the palate
Comment: you need to queue and choose the dishes from the counter. there is also a menu list for special stir fry dishes such as noodle and kueh kak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good dim sum, food taste good. But the fact that if you sit very far, then you have to walk very long to get the food and back to seat. Each time. Toilet are clean. Very busy in the weekend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rated 1 star as we have made reservation and ordered in advanced (one day before. Reached around 7pm but our food were only served to us at almost 8pm. The food is not fantastic and very normal taste. Service is not good as well. Would be good to have improvement in term of arrangement according to reservation and not serve customers that reach after us.

Chinese dishes was good as well, portion wise worth the price. And the price is considered quite affordable given it's extensive environment.
