★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed proper invoice with prescription for my insurance claim, but they said the yellow receipt they give me is the invoice. I claimed with the yellow receipt, and of course the claim got rejected. I am not sure if they are just lazy, or inexperienced, but for sure, that was the first and last time i am going there. Just my bad luck decided to go in there and get a pair of glasses done. Never again.
Also, they forgot to give me the RM 100 rebate they promised to give me in the beginning of our conversation.
