★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first time coming here.Reception was friendly and had a really great Balinese Massage with Rizky ,my masseuse. I also took the Foot massage and body scrub. The massage experience was really nice, calming and peaceful, even left me in short sleeps in between. However the scrub was not to my taste, I don’t get to shower after, just hot towel to take the scrub dirt off. The scrub made me smell like prepped bbq. But for a simple massage at basic price. It’s really not bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Confused staffs-Worst experience today with cashier who does not understand e-wallet payment, masseur who was unsure about the massage therapy and unsatisfactory.
Previous visit to this outlet was good with good customer service and a professional masseur named Ilu, hence the revisit today. However, its a regrettable decision today.
Please improve on your service and masseur ethics/techniques.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the worst experience here. Hubs and I decided to go for a hot stone massage using a deal on Fave. We get there and they tell us that 1h isn't enough for a hot stone massage, which I completely understand, but I still feel like they shouldn't sell the voucher on Fave if that's the case. We add 78RM on top of RM148 for 1.5h which did not bother me at all because I was expecting a great hot stone massage after a LONG time. Little did I know, it would be pure torture. I left with horrendous burns on my shoulders and legs. Telling my masseuse that it was too hot and that she was applying too much pressure were to no avail. My husband's experience was a little less dramatic than mine but it was obvious that they lacked training and/or practice. So there's that, we're never going back and would advise you to use discretion as well. Thank goodness for the clinic at the lower level of the waterfront. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a 2 hour massage session today and it was horrible. I didn’t get my masseur’s name but she was the only masseur in hijab. She seemed to have no knowledge on the techniques and kept on leaving the room every 20 minutes with an excuse to get more oil. It was a waste of time and money.

At the first I double confirm with your front desk that your half body will be sitting on the chair or lying down on the bed then she say sitting on the chair then im ok with that cause im prefer sitting on the chair rather than on the bed but still at the end the therapist ask me go into the room..at the first already cheating but I’m Just fine ..The Massage skill Was good..The thing is your therapist is cheating too!Cut my time ! I go for foot 30minutes plus half body 30minutes. she start with the foot massage..touch my foot at 4.29pm and finish at 4.55pm after that ask me to change at the bed for half body..Start at 5.03pm and finish at 5.25Pm???Management please train your staff again..I pay for the cheating treatment?? Ridiculous!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Most miserable massage experience I had ever in my life ( booked in advance an hour foot massage )
The attending Masseur’s massage is bad, attitude is mediocre. Most of the time, she was distracted. The worse is the masseur missing in action during the service and ended the session early.
When complaint was filed to the person in charge ( supervisor) on the spot, she was in a denial mode and have no intention of rectifying the situation and even at least try to smoothen it.
I would never ever recommend any single soul to visit unless you wish to be another experimental lab rat

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife and I booked in advance for 7pm. We had to wait until 7:20. The massage started at 7:35 and ended 8:25 even though we paid for one hour. When confronting the lady at the counter she did not seem to care and charged us for an hour massage. I'm not satisfied with the service. The massage itself was good however, I would not recommend this place.
