โ โ โ โ โ 06/04 - The flavors could have been better. Perhaps they were having a busy evening. The korean beef rice stew was a tad salty with little distinct flavor. The cabbage was undercooked. The oyako don was alright.

โ โ โ โ โ This branch has the most disappointing service ever. They always never answer calls when i call for reservations. Today the manager wasnโt apologetic when their payment system is down. There was a long queue behind me for payment. Manager should at least have the courtesy to say sorry or thank you. Lousy service

โ โ โ โ โ Very slow, waiting more than 1 hour for nothing to serve. Keep claiming that kitchen is busy. But the table which come later from us, already get their food. They donโt want to admit that thet hade made mistakes

โ โ โ โ โ I was there yesterday, I ordered sashimi set.the sashimi served it look like tuna colour is going turn grey. The squid also taste weird.I decided to call the waitress to change . The second one look better, but I can say it is not very fresh also . I always been there because I love the outdoor , if not I wonโt go there anymore.unfortunately I have stomachache last night and today .

โ โ โ โ โ The service is so slow. It is not even at the peak hour. I raised my hand many times the guy always said โwaitโ and never come one. Taking order late, serve me also late. 2 stars because the food as usual so delicious to me. Please go to other franchises as this one sucks.

โ โ โ โ โ First time there . Was told they serve good Japanese dishes. To be honest I wasnโt impressed at all . Kinda dissapointed with the quality & service . Didnโt expect from a restaurant . They should improve on their quality & taste. I had saba which was so hard & tasteless. The sashimi too were sliced too thin & oaying for a restaurant price it is not worth it. Service wise kinda long wait & they accidentally sent our food to wrong table. I usually can tolerate slow service but not this one . Staffs were not attentive we had to kept on waving calling up for them. Ambience, high time they uplift the place it looked kinda old & the vibes is not there . This is my personal view cos I do eat a lot at fancy classy Japanese restaurant , since many said this eatery are really good so I try finally. No pictures taken except for this one .

Teppan beef set was the highlight! Must try and beef was really good. Be sure to order medium!
Mini dragon roll was also great - two variations.
Salmon sashimi quality was good as all the other dishes.
Only spotted a hair in our salad dressing which was replaced, hence the 3 stars.
