★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stuck in payment for some time. Use credit card for several time and system disconnected. Then pay by cash, no change at the counter. Bad experience. Could at least give some consolation gift to compensate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unethical sales tactics - I was only "allowed" to buy a xiao mi phone upon purchasing a grossly overpriced screen protector that is of no use to me (it costs RM100). Walked out the store immediately and never going back.
Shops like this should no longer be allowed to exist today, and xiaomi fans can all do better by not giving them our business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless store with bad attitude, the Chinese guy in charge is useless and rude. At least the sales exec is better. Asking about performance and comparison and the store manager just Look at you with a pathetic reaction. Better quit if this is how you treat your customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The 50 yrs old guy at the counter (store manager ?) has bad attitude, rude and arrogant. Seems more like looking for a fight than providing a decent buying experience to store visitors. Busy boasting of the hot sales and lowest price for the specs offered (many better offers from different brands in the market) instead of listening and speaking politely. Which eventually leads to questioning the customer's intention in the store. ?
1 star for opening the store, nothing else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the store manager and staff is good in explaining for the phone specification so i bought a phone from them. And i ask the store manager because i'm query why your store reviews so many 1 star since your service for me is ok. He tell me because a lot of ridiculous customers buy from online,don't know how to use or have problem come to the shop request for free service,so they reject,that's why. help them they never write you a comments 5 star, if you don't help they say you rude or bad service.And he say alot of customers always ask stupid question you not even want to answer.like what phone can take moon picture? will phone crack itself if i dont touch it, will it have warranty if the phone crack itself? If you have been working for retail for 5years, everyday or every week got this kind of customers,how you feel. the store manager ask me. actually i get it.
