β β β β β Love the udon n tempura n crab meat salad is great..n the sushi is great...the set for bento box is so worth it..service need to improve..but if u coming for lunch or dinner ...the bento box is very worth it....pls cal n reserve the seat...can be too many ppl....?????????β€β€β€ now with new SOP...very good???the best staff is Ah Bi...very good n great service??

β β β β β Get the seats overlooking the park, it's the best ones in the house. I like the overall ambience of the outlet. The food is tasty, and the desserts are even more so. Definitely will be my new Japanese haunt. Price per head is around RM30-50 per head, and to me it's fine for a treat once in a blue moon.

β β β β β Food is consistently good. Liking this branch better due to their room setup, it's better for a private event/meeting. Mr Mamad especially made the experience much better for us. Very professional and helpful. I will definitely come again to this branch just for his excellent service

β β β β β Like every other branch. Service is good. Friendly staff. Good food as always. Lunch and dinner sets are reasonable. Maybe because I just love Japanese cuisine nway. Kids love the iniwari cold udon. Everything is done right.

β β β β β The food was okay, but the service was quite bad. Initially was told that our food would be ready in 20-25 minutes, and upon returning after 30 minutes, we had to wait another 20 minutes standing around near the cashier area. They didn't offer any seats and i could see that most of their staffs are busy elsewhere in the restaurant, as many other potential customers came up to the counter and got confused that no one was at the front counter.
A bit ironic, since they actually have cameras everywhere in that restaurant, even in the private rooms (see photo).

β β β β β Ordered chicken shimmery set, salad, enoki beef, soft shell crab and grilled squid. The set is quite good, especially the soup and the cawanmushi. The salad, chicken and beef are flavorful as usual.
However, the grilled squid is overcooked, it is hard to bite.
Staff services are OK. Prices are above average.
