β β β β β After Pandamic, I drove from Singapore to KL, I booked my room in impiana klcc. I reached hotel by 6.30am...The hotel front end Staff Ms Mel and her staff arranged room immediately for me to take rest. I was worried abt room condition but it was so clean n neat. Can't belive this Hotel served for COVID-19 patients. I have to thank Ms Mel for taking care of guest n her humbleness is remarkable. She is very pleasant to invite guest n greet them. She is asset to the hotel n WISH HER ALL THE VERY BEST.. STRONGLY HOPE SHE PUTS HANDS TOGETHER WITH HER MANAGEMENT TO BRING UP THE BUSINESS....GOD BLESS

- Messed up my group booking saying the rooms do not exist when we already paid
- Cleanliness is zero. Rooms are dusty and thereβs hair from previous guest in the bath tub
- Reception staffs are rude and even cursed at us
- Parking is terrible
- Housekeeping is not available as they claimed they donβt have enough staffs
The list goes on. For a hotel with that kind of price, the service is terrible!

β β β β β Excellent view and room interior. The price is considerably cheap in comparison to other nearby hotels located in the Klcc area. I will definitely recommend others to stay at this hotel. However, its parking space is very narrow and bewildering since it does not have ample space for guest parkings.

Room: Very spacious, clean enough. But I am not sure if booking.com scammed me. I booked for Deluxe King Room, and the photo showed a bath tub, I thought the room will have bath tub. unfortunately don't have it. But it's okay. I don't have time to pamper myself in the bath tub after all.
Breakfast buffet: Variety of choice. Tasteful
Location: it superb good. walking distance to KLCC, Pavilion. Easy access to public transport.

β β β β β I placed a room service order on 1st May 2022 8.15pm and I was told waiting time 40min. I started to follow up through calls and personally went to the customer service counter twice after waiting for 1 hour. The team kept telling me βdelivering nowβ and even βalready on the way to the roomβ until 10pm someone called to our room and said the food I ordered was not available. They even asked us to go down to the CafΓ© by ourselves since we called so many times and yet we still didnβt get our room service order. This is the worst service I ever experienced. 11.36pm the customer service manager called back and asked if we want any other food as replacement.

β β β β β This is to be a good hotel, not sure if it was impacted by the pandemic, but by now they should have brushed up. We had to go to the reception to get our toiletries and towels, otherwise you will have to wait 2 days before you receive them. Very disappointed ?

β β β β β Booked a club excess twin room during 11 June to 14 June. To our surprise, the Club room is closed and hence no cocktail will be serve but Mr Shah, the hotel manager is nice and helpful to give us complimentary dinner as a way of compensation. Thanks Mr Shah, appreciate your help!
Hotel is link by a link bridge to KLCC and Pavilion which is convenient to walk around.
Hotel breakfast spread is good and the morning crowd is reasonably not too crowded even weekend.

β β β β β Hi, the buffet breakfast varieties were good. However, we are not so keen because most of the food finished very fast and empty. We have to wait quite some time to enjoy our breakfast. Due to that, The choice of things was limited in breakfast, and it will be great if you can propose a different breakfast sitting area or breakfast for in house guest and outsiders.
