★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've visited many pet shops and so far this are the most available branches around Klang Valley and they're available in the easily accessible places. I've visited the SS2 branch and it is one of the best. Number one is because of the staffs they're really polite and helpful. I've bought my first pet here and they've been very informative and knowledgeable about the pets and products. However , the quality of the sold products can be improved as one of the product were missing some parts and as soon as I told them. The staffs quickly helped me to fix it and replace a good one. Pricing are reasonable too and I feel I will come again to this store for future purchases.

The shop as 2 stories and stocks up on a variety of pet accessories, shampoos, toys, vitamins etc. Service is excellent. The staff here are fast to provide assistance and has good knowledge of the pet products.
