โ โ โ โ โ can any help me where to report this JNT BRAND ? i order shoe on 30 june seller just shipped right that day i check tracking number item has stuck here for 10days (Drop Point CDC BATU CAVES 303 - GOMBAK )until now it says (On Hold - Uncontrollable situation) worst jnt brand ever
i will not worry if item is under Rm10 rinngit but now for me its pretty expensive . item will be just missing like this or how ? guys do i have to worry or no need ? will my parcel be back if unsuccesful attempt?

โ โ โ โ โ Terrible experience, no sop and all of them not using mask and no.sanitizer ...was there to collect my item which is second attempt with misleading information ..first given no was incomplete second attempt despatch contact no was a wrong number ...guess what does the front desk answerd just senyum jer ....wrong contact number but its okey for him because still in raya mood kot .when u got late courier its better to wait till them send to back usually it will 3 attempts so its better wait or just choose other courier .

โ โ โ โ โ I still haven't receive my parcel from 3/12/2021 yet while my parcel that i sent to Customer yesterday at 2pm already In delivery this morning. What a bad branch.

โ โ โ โ โ Staff is nice but the way how the place run very bad. Went to the place 4 times only successfully collect one parcel, 1st time went on Saturday being told the place open till 3pm, asked to return on next day. 2nd time, the next day being told they didn't open on weekend. 3rd time, reach there at 1pm but many people queuing and being forced to come back another time. 4th time finally able to get in queue at 11am but the process took 3 hours just to collect a parcel. The way how their parcel organized is awful, everything is just messed up on the floor. Their smoking area also full with load of flammable parcel on the floor, can see their staff even smoke at that area. Staff didn't put on mask during Covid-19 period. All in all, their staff is friendly but the way how the place is run pretty bad.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm waiting so long... I'm a teacher and I gave school address.. Seems pass 4 days shows as receiver refused to accept... Can I know what kind of trick is this??? Usually our school guard will collect but you update at system 10.15pm daily the same reason...Why you guys blaming us rather then have sense if people gave school address means have to send before 4pm...it's a simple thing what... Sumore both at Batu caves area...you guys wait till we collect right ???
