โ โ โ โ โ Parcel marked delivered but I haven't received the parcel. Called them to attempt to check on parcel status, but no one took the call. If the parcel is not delivered, why mark deliver? So how I track what happened to my parcel?
When my friends asked them about my parcel they gave an excuse of it being stuck at semenyih office.
What do you mean? So why my friend receive his parcel and my parcel stuck? Why never call to inform? What service is this
An update: I finally received an update call from them, they bloody asked me to "stop buying stuff after this hard to send"
Wow. Worst courier experience. Nothing worse than this tbh

Parcel got wet under the rain.luckily my husband come out to check something on the porch found the parcel.
