This is the best ever J&T branch. Highly recommended .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was fortunate enough to have visited this place to return items bought on Lazada and Shopee as the only customer within the same month.
There was only one female customer service representative on duty at the counter and she only asked me to hand over the packages to return. She scanned the original boxes and gave me a bar coded label to keep. That was it and I went off on my way. There were no fees or postage which I had to pay.
I had attempted to come here on a Sunday afternoon only to find out that the courier office was closed. Perhaps it used to be open on Sundays prior to 2022.
Parking is very difficult due to the narrow lane this J&T is located on plus the fact that popular restaurants are operating along the same road. On my first visit I was able to park in front of the premises only because it was the third day of the Chinese New Year, when businesses are still closed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to do Shopee returns, the process was quick and painless. Bring your parcel, provide the tracking number, they'll print out the label to be stuck on the parcel. And you're done! The lady at the counter was courteous and friendly. Only downside is the parking around the area during peak hours.
