★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like others, my item has been stuck here for more than a week without any updates. Live chat support said there is a shortage of staffs and there are a lot of packages during Raya. I'm not sure what's going on here but at least with other CDC, I get daily updates even though it just says my item is on nold. I have reported on J&T website and also MCMC. Will avoid J&T for future dealings.

Item A arrived 5days earlier than item B
Item B already delivered to my place yet item A still sit still in this outlet.
Today is the 7th day and I still haven’t received my item.
Went to this outlet two times what they have been telling me was”leave your number here , once we found the parcel we will give u a call” and obviously, they didn’t.
I will suggest you guys choose GDEX or any other delivery service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ THIS IS THE MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN J&T FOREVER!!!!! THEY ARE VERY SLOW AND MY PARCEL ALSO MISSING!!!??? HELLO??? The Status had stated out of delivery for 2 times but I wait for many days still haven't received yet!! I keep calling them but they not even once that have answering my call!!!??? Is it their phone also missing too?? The parcel stuck at there for almost 10 days and now said my parcel is missing!??? THIS IS REALLY ANNOYING!!! Hope my parcel will not send to this J&T again!! ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't even deserve a single star. That's how bad, irresponsible, useless and rude their staff and service are. Totally unacceptable. My stuff from Shien reached Penang in just 4 days. But it's stuck at this useless branch for 10 days! Went there to self collect but regretted my life! 2 female staff were seated there busy talking bout their life stories and werent even bothered to attend anyone. there is a board asking us to leave our numbers and tracking number there. And till date haven't received a call regarding it. If you are experiencing shortage of staff just don't commit on accepting parcels! Easy as that. So useless! I've lodged a complain to MCMC since I didn't get any feedback from J&T customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier ever, they produced false information such as delivery attempt was unsuccessful because failed to contact recipient or receiver refused to accept the parcel. Truth is I was in the address area, my work office during 9 am till 5 pm, no J&T staff came to me or even tried to call or message me. Why would I ever refuse to accept my own parcel? The next thing they did was sending my parcel back to my sender.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rubbish. Very useless. Don’t even allow pickup. Keep on holding the parcel and don’t even bother to deliver. If can’t deliver then let us pickup la. Urgent need my parcel still call me go home wait phone call. Came to pickup because im urgent in need to use my parcel but won’t allow pickup. Fix your service please. Rubbish courier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there twice to leave the parcel details and they do nothing. Lack of manpower is not an excuse. Either tell the Recipient to self collect or wait for delivery if unable to self collect. 6 parcel and 2 of them went missing so shopee cancel it (refunded). Now another 3 parcels stuck there not sure when I can get them or do I ever get them? What is wrong with J&T? is something wrong with internal and higher ups? Why suddenly some many dispatcher resign?
