β β β β β very bad service. My parcel one month already also can't receive! call customer service just keeping answer me to wait. If wanna to change address need charge RM30plus. First time use courier service bad like this! Very bad for this courier service. Please dont use it !!!!!!!!!

β β β β β I was expecting a reputable US company to be more efficient in providing their services. Employees who picked up the calls don't sound friendly and promises of calling back were none. How can the management operate in such a way? Totally rubbish!!!

β β β β β Very bad service. Customer service has no patient. They cant even provide their dealer contact details for us to collect parcel. Never know there is more bad service than Pos. Still prefer Pos than this. Ty for giving me good lesson.

β β β β β Worst shipping company ever!!! I recieved a damaged item and requested a simple damage report which I had been kindly to provide evidence that they need. 3 months have passed and I kept recieving excuses from KL Branch saying they will chase but cant guarantee. This is beyond ridiculous. If a company is unable to get even a simply report from its other branch, this shows how incompetent they are handling your shipments. Avoid at all cost if you value your items!!
