★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SkyNet Penang is the worst! They have bad customer service who are not professional and not responsive at all. When I was tracking my parcel, they have stated that consignee is not at home, while I'm waiting for their call whole day at home. When I called the customer service, they didn't answer my call at all. Finally they answered & replied me that my number is not in service & the worst part is when i asked to repeat my contact number, she replied correctly. I got my parcel after 2 days. They don't deserve a single star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on 30 Apr friday one of your staff come at the timing that im not be able to do collection due to something busy at outside. Then im asking the driver to do self collect but on saturday 1st may and sunday 2nd may. both of this day is poblic holiday and holiday. then i may proceed collection by today. however your front side office working slow and walk also slow they let me know my parcel sudah hilang??? why?? then they collect my phone number say that later will call back me after got the parcel. i keep waiting until night time no one give me response on phone or email. im very frustrated on your kura-kura service, so slow and not responsibility. feel disappointed on your service!!!! my tracking is 239025592901

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The courier are super friendly and HELPFUL. They will take extra steps to help even though it's not their job. The only complaint is the front desk always not answering the phone. Call for hours also not answering, quite frustrated. This needs to improve as customer may ask for self collection at office, can save the courier the hassles. Again, I sincerely want to thank all of you for the great services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch of Skynet seems to have no customer service at all since no one answers phone calls at their end. All four mobile numbers are unresponsive, sadly.
Tracking from their end is also unreliable and slow, with my parcel being held at their location for nearly a week without any justification.
Their delivery crew was friendly and helped to arrange a better time for my parcel delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If can i want to put zero star all. My items they claim twice for attempt to deliver yesterday and today but till now dont even a call even i waited whole day at home. Call their office during office hour many times also nobody pick up the call. Terrible forwarder. Lazada or other online seller, pls do not use Skynet anymore. Fraud statement forwarder like pos laju usully dont even send the item but claim multiple attempt fail and request receiver ro collect from their office. Lousy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skynet is the worst delivery service i have ever had. I have ordered my purchase for a month (26Aug) and there were no updates despite saying delivery was made on 3rd of Sep. Made 3 different calls to skynet yet no updates was given (10,15, 20 of Sept). First call told me delivery will be made within next 2 days, didn't happen. Second call told me updates and follow up will happen within next 2 days also didn't happen. Third call still says the same thing. When asked about my product, they didn't have a answer but a reply was at warehouse but no exactly where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Many times call them.. no one there to pick up calls... Fed up la... My parcel is there.. tracking show delay n call nearest skynet courier.. when I call no one pick up... Then for wat customer care at ofis...kerja tak mau, gaji mau...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast collection. Service is follow standard hour. No long queue, I collected my parcel in just 5 minutes. Parking is free at roadside. The location is at town area so avoid going there during peak hour, off peak hour is just fine. Just bring along the AWB number will do.
