★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dun mind if the item stuck and they doesnt have the manpower to deliver. I can proceed to pick up the item on my own. But the thing is, even i contact them for self pickup, they doesnt allow! ? Then they keep my parcel in the same hub for like 2 weeks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If your item stuck here for more than 2 days, you better self pickup rather than waiting for it to be delivered to you. The chances are your place is either difficult to find or enter. Since all their riders here are part times, i think they won't put extra effort to deliver the items to these types of place. Suggestion if you are self collecting, just leave your phone and item tracking number to them and let them contact you once your item is ready. It is going to take sometime for them to sort out the items depending on the que and personnel. Yes they need to organized better than this, but currently this is one of the J&T hub, so many deliveries will transit here before this place gets better or closed down.
