Nobody at Kaunter Khdimat Pelanggan. to answer customer queries.
Traffic flow.an issue.Only one small lane for entry and exit.

Friendly and helpful but you must prepare to wait for them to process your demand which can take hours days weeks and months
Surely they listen to you and well explain what they can offer and what you need to do
Reception and security are helpful, friendly and understanding
Air cond is superb you would need a scarf if you are about to hang in there for hours
You must book an appointment before you rock up there otherwise they will send you home

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff. My parents went to renew passport but it was close due to covid without informing. When i ask when it is going to reopen, everything is just i dont know and ask to go other branches in other district. Other district! Oh man.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service are quite alright. You can get your new pasport within 2 hours as per standard. The place are always full of customers. Despite coming at 8am, the queue are quite long. I believe that many people from the next door state ie Malacca came to this place to renew their passport on Sunday as Sunday is a working day for Johorean.
The parking space are quite limited and you need to pay the parking fees. Otherwise you will be fined by the municipal council
