★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would not recommend anyone to go to this medical centre because the staffs and the doctors are very rude and unprofessional. There is a staff named Jessie who is very unpolite and raising her voice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good doctor...but unprofessional customer service and poor service by the nurses..staffs not wearing masks properly during this pandemic time..waited too long, almost 4 and half hours to see the doctor eventhough I came early..no proper appoinment time...reasonable price, but this will definetely my last visit here..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr. Damo is great! loved his advice and checkup time... but after delivery care and service is very bad. not a proper cleaning service in sense of swiping, change bad sheet & wash toilet. most of the nurses also quite careless, few better (Ms Sarves and Ms Nitiya & Malays nurses good enough, guide breast feeding humble and encourage. they have done their job well)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service, there is few nurses who provide better service if compare all. I guest this Medical Centre management need to provide more training for them, on how to talk and response to patient/visitors and etc.
As this Hospital is specialist for giving birth, you also need to provide better service for us to recommend to others. It’s not a complaint, it’s my frustration. TQ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the staff. I waited for 4 hours to see Dr Damo . When I registered I told the staff that I wanted to see Dr Damo so the staff told me that I have to wait.
At last suddenly other Dr Doctor attended me. Of course the doctor quite good.
No comment on the doctors .
I asked the staff but none of them give me a good reason. Keep on pushing among them.
I am very frustrated as I was waited for 4 hours .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry to say that there's no any good review about JMC..
1) Walked-in at 10.30am & got a queue number, but waited to see doc for almost 3 hours! That also we asked the receptionist a few times if my name was registered, and she kept saying yes without even checking. 2 queue numbers after me was called in to see the doc & when I asked why my number is not being called, only then the receptionist bothered to check if my name was registered.
2) Went in to see the doc at 1.30pm, and it was very clear that the doctor was not very aware of my issue/sickness & upon checking, he referred me to another doctor who was not on duty. The entire check-up took only 2 minutes.
3) Waited again for the receptionist to call the doctor who was not on duty to check my report & quote the price range for my surgery. However, we were asked to go back home & to wait for a call from the hospital after the doctor's reply.
4) For this entire process of waiting for about 3 hours & just to get checked by the doctor, the fees came up to RM83 which was a total waste!
5) After a day, received a call from the hospital asking me to come back to the hospital again to consult the other doctor. Although I asked for the price for the surgery, I was asked to check with the other doctor. And that obviously means I have to go through the entire process again & I have to pay for the consultation again!
My question is....When I called the medical centre to check if I could come for consultation, despite referring me to the 2nd doctor, why was I being referred to the 1st doctor for no reason??? Clearly it is only to dig money from the patients right? Please be more professional rather than to dig out money from the patients! We're not a money machine for god sake!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will highly recommend JMC specialist medical centre as it helps me a lot throughout my pregnancy journey.
First of all, a very big thank you to Dr Damodaran for taking such good care of me during and after my pregnancy. He was the Dr who delivered me back in 1992 and I was so fortunate to be in his hands again during my confinement. Because of his professionalism and great smile, I felt like I was in a good hand and that gave me a peace of mind towards the big day.
Secondly, I would like to thank all my delivery nurses :-
•Mageswari : Precise on her work and teaches you good practice.
•M. Letchumi : A motherly figure during labor.
•Bavani : Determined and a stronh staff that pushes you to face your labor confidently.
•Pushpa : A staff with encouraging words and good nature.
•Joanne : A good heart staff and a care giver with her good quality and neat of work.
•Subaidah : Funny to be with and a good care giver.
•Sarves : Encourages you and takes care of you with soft nature.
•Anitha : A little funny to be with and up to her work.
•Vahini : A good care giver as well.
I know for a fact I couldn't have gotten through my long labor without you all, and I truly think you are all an angel. Not only did you helped me deliver a healthy baby, but you also put up with me during my long labor (9 hours with pain inducing process). I could get so much strength only by your encouraging words. Excellent service and friendly nurses.
