I find the design of the site to be very clean, easy to navigate and can complete application in a breeze (there is just one form to complete the profile and I do not fill up all the histories of work experience and education, etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam company. Charge excessively on job ads. They even copy Jobstreet’s job advert to post in their website. Automatically set the candidates database to apply for the job advertised while they don’t even apply. CEO are China citizen not even malaysian.
To all the Hiring Managers, forget this company if they approach you. That is why MNC & bigger company use Jobstreet instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad paid ad service provider. Posted a few job ad for months. It is either you dont get a single relevant applicant or you dont get any applicant at all even after repost and repost by Jobstore. Keep reposting the ad is not the solution because there are no applicant. Very disappointed.
To all the HR personnel out there, do not waste your department budget by engaging their service. Truly waste of your department budget and at the end of the day, your boss will come after you for throwing the budget into the drain. Sometimes, even drain have its value and you can find small fishes. But If u want to feel disappointed and regret for once in your career life, you can try allocating your budget at Jobstore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad customer service. Person in charge just want to make sales. After buying credits, the PIC will not reply to my message. It is also not a good platform for employer to hire people through Jobstore. As i purchased the credit, the recommended candidate from Jobstore is more than candidate apply themselves. I have invited some candidates for interview. Unfortunately, they told me that they did not apply for any job. Thus, the Jobstore will automatically help candidates to apply job itself. BAD PLATFORM.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good result from Jobstore. Manage to get candidate from managerial level down to officer level. Good job to this new portal. Their 're-post' is good and really helps a lot on the cost.
One more thing need to mention here. Their new job partner, Google, improved the results. Also their sales person really support on my request.
