★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ferry ticket counter to go to Batam. There are 2 destination, Stulang Laut - Batam Center or Stulang Laut - Harbour bay. This place is usually crowded during the weekend and public holiday. If you want to go to Batam on weekend, make sure you book your ferry in advance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There two options from or to Johor Bahru via Batam Centre and Harbourbay, yet the latter is less crowded. This ferry terminal is kinda located in so-called mall which is mostly empty (only 2 floors occupied, not even fully). Lack option of restaurant/cafe, so are souvenir shops (only few chocolate stores nearby duty free zone). Toilet was quite clean yet the lady cleaner was super rude. They need to hire more polite one, seriously. Yet, immigration queue was less and fast. Passengers are required to pay port charge RM21. A plus bcs it's near to Larkin by grab at RM11.

dear passengers, If the ferry departual is 1pm, please prepare the ferry will depart at 2pm. Every time delay, never on time.

Ticketing staffs are so unfriendly
Tickets are more expensive than SG Batam
Terminal lack seats
Queue for one hour to board ferry
Unefficient crew
Lacks information
Pity old people
The building is almost deserted
Why can't they offer more seats?
Why can't they hire more staffs since they charge so much for tickets
