★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was expecting this outlet to be good based on all the previous reviews given. Unfortunately, my experience was very bad.
1. The consultant was very pushy and hard sell. She didnt even allow me to make a call to ask for 2nd opinion.
2. During the whole facial process, all she cared about was if I'm going to make a 2nd visit. She kept asking me to come back nxt 3 week for another session, and asked me to sign up for the student package which was RM500. I didn't really gave any response. Then, she proceed to ask me if I had a bank card with me (so that I can sign up for packages / purchase their products) THANK GOD I didn't have any bank card with me (at that moment she know it's hopeless to keep persuading me to buy any packages :))
3. The consultant wasn't very knowledgeable. She said my face's pH level was unbalanced, but explained pH level as the oil and water balance of my face. Based on my science knowledge from primary school, pH level refers to acid and base, not oil and water :). She also asked what kind of moisturizer I am using and I answered gel based. She said gel based isn't suitable for my face and recommended me to use WATER BASED, which I later on searched on the Internet and found that WATER BASED = GEL BASED (correct me of I'm wrong). This made me doubt the knowledge and professionalism of the consultant.
4. The consultant skills wasn't very pleasing, she was quite rough when handling the face. During extraction it was super fast, I doubt that it was all clean. She was rushing through the process (and at the meantime keep asking me to sign up for packages :))
Good luck going to this outlet :) Make sure you bring bank card so that (maybe) they'll love you more ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty good experience here. The consultant Able pinpointed the cause of my skin troubles and advised me to change my skincare products and to increase moisturizing. I followed her advise and lo and behold, my skin cleared out after a couple of weeks.
