★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waited for 1 hour plus only for the woman receiptionist to send me home saying my clothes is kusat (messy). what i wore is a hoodie that was abit short and she said im indecent. i went to utc after class and my license was renewed in less than 10 mins. there were other people who didnt wear masks or wore more inappropriately but she sent me home. very rude. none of the other officers said anything when they saw me. if i was dressed inappropriately send me home immediately instead of wasting my time and since utc accepted i deemed it wasnt indecent. never coming here ever again. such a waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After waiting for over 1 hour for service and then to be treated like a criminal, simply to sign my bike over to a bike dealer as a trade in - disgraceful.
The JPJ Officer I dealt with was rude and condescending.
Such a shame that some bureaucrats let the power go to their head & treat people disrespectfully.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overly conservative government office that discriminate entry based on clothing. They would not let me in as I had a sleeveless blouse on, and despite wearing long pants. Quite shocked of the extent of these religious/cultural rules that apparently still stand in 21st century Malaysia.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coming at 12.40pm in hot sun (walking) just to know counters closed for some reporting work. Supposedly to close 1pm. Need 20 mins earlier to close. Very efficient. 2pm to re-open ... that also not sure if open on time or "lambat sikit" .... typical government office work style .... keep up the this good work. Very tired n hot ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please wear clothes with sleeves and bring a local credit card for payment.
Came here on a Wed to obtain a document for license conversion. The staff gently reminded me that I cannot enter as I was wearing a sleeveless top. 5mins later I returned with a long sleeve shirt worn over and obtained my document within 20minutes. Instructions were clear and the security was friendly.
Decided to write a positive review as I was mentally prepared to waste an entire day here after reading the previous reviews here, but that was not the case for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to renew my driving license today. There is a staff standing outside and after u let him know your business there he will get a number for u and will point u to the direction of the room u should go and wait there. The staff at the counter is nice and helpful. Whole process including waiting took only about half an hour. They only accept cashless payment.
