My dad who is 72 years went to jpj kulim about license renewal today. After got appoinment yesterday. He gv her needed documents n then debit card. Imagine when old ppl slow to tk out n gv n sometimes dun ustand the staff ws so rude. N said you pi duduk dulu n mk him wait 2 hours almost during pandemc for the whole process.. Very rude n raising voice to him...very frustrated.is this how u treat the senior citizen?

Although we know that’s comment are no use , but still wanted to share this JpJ kulim staff are super rude. Before go JPJ we did call and ask but reach the different story wait until 1 hour for nothing.

Came to change P license to CDL. Came at 8 am and finished at 9 am. The process at the counter only took 5 minutes and the staff were friendly. Most of the time taken only for waiting the queue due to SOP of limiting number of customers inside the building.

Very poor service and arrangement! Need to wait outside the gate under hot sun, and after go in the building have to wait again, just to renew a driving license have to wait more than one hour, never improve since long time ago! The worst thing is even want to renew at pos office also not possible because run out of licence card! What is transport ministry doing?

In Google said opens at 7.45am .... Till 8.15am standing under hot sun still not open. Is this how government staff work? Come on lah I am also a government staff. Be punctual or state in Google...starts at exact time please .

I would have given a zero rating if I could!! I had to go to Jpj Kulim to settle some work. Usually I avoid going to government offices if I can do it online because it truly saves you a lot of time and frustration. So I reached there around 2.15pm and the gate was still closed. Long queue outside with at least 50ppl queuing in the hot sun (so many senior citizens). Why can't the public be allowed to wait inside? Why must they be queuing up under the hot sun? Firstly, government departments are to provide service to the public and not to make their lives more difficult. As they opened the gate, I was stopped because I was wearing a skirt above my knee and hence not allowed to go in. Not sure how my skirt lenght will effect the work that they need to do. Only to be told JPJ was offline and no matters can proceed. Are we still living in the 90s to use offline as an excuse? Instead of being a moral police and checking on peoples attire, JPJ should be spending the money and effort to improve their services as their core function. If indeed JPJ system was offline, isn't there a backup plan to continue work? Why are there no processes established when the system goes down?? And yes I went home changed and came back to JPJ but system was down till 3.40pm. Almost 2 hours of no service and wasting the time of public. Lunch break from 1pm to 2.15pm.. Have JPJ not heard of rotation for breaks? Why must the office be closed for lunch? Completely rude staff. Please teach some kesopanan & kesusilaan to those staff in that branch. All government departments should establish an online KPI rating for public to rate them instead of giving themselves their own rating which puzzles everyone. The private sector worked throughout the pandemic without an excuse but the public sector in this country is still giving "offline" as an excuse.. Update information the operating day and hours to let us know that ur office is still open during holiday..I saw the website was open but i come tutup and im not the only one i come..so easy to post to ur official Facebook account pls use it for the public people..thank you

Jpj kulim staff very poor attitude, bring my father 81years old with high blood pressure, n call stand under d sun n stand long, I requesting the guard if allow him to wait inside under shelter, very big sun at noon, but given excuse they sanitizing, but didn't see any ppl doing sanitizing works, n can see ppl inside may be they r agent, so they had priority. After long waiting to q for number, they not allow my father enter coz his wearing knee lenght short, d short lenght just at the knee. And I was told they already changed to take q number via apps.. I was there last Oct, still q for ticket. Government wasting our money changing these n that, n pity those old folk if they r not good in gadget. N I called jpj kulim to ask what documents to bring n they r so rude. No choice I called jpj seberang n lady replied me so patience.sorry I would say the jpj kulim who answered the call are rude Pity poor jpj kulim... Pity poor Malaysia.. Pity poor wee ka siong
