★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice beach, nice location. Was happy to stay in the bungalow with the sea view, however, it needs an upgrade. The toilet was broken, and when it was raining, the water would leak from the ceiling where the bath was. We were also robbed. I am not certain if this is a convenience, but that day we booked room service, and we left for the whole day to Tekek. When we came back, our watches , bracelet and cash was missing. Room service was not completed. There were no signs of forced entry or anything else suspicious . We registered the incident at the police station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospitality! Basic room, just nice for travellers. Recommended to budget travellers. They have packages inclusive of ferry services from Mersing and snorkelling too. Should try the food at their cafe. Top notch!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We got a room with two double bed. Just nice to fit 4 adults. It's spacious. The couple size is in front of the beach. So, if you want to face the beach, you have to note it to them. The beach is clean. The people is so friendly and helpful. Very convenient place to stay as the chalet got small shop for some snacks. And they also offer a Snorkeling trip at reasonable price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything in Juara was nice Except for this resort..Poor Management..Seaview Chalet had a Dirty Aircond & Toilet..worst Mattress only can feel the metal spring..Not recommended to this resort..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Juara Mutiara Resort (JMR) has beach view and garden view.i stayed at garden view.The room simple,clean,completed with TV,NJoi,wardrobe,queen bed,shower,small fridge,and aircond.They also have cafe and u can enjoy the buffet (under package).The environment is really good and they offered several activities to do along stay (under package).Plus,the management n crew are friendly and helpful.This chalet suitable for you who find the simple and chill vacation and the cost of stay is reasonable.
