โ โ โ โ โ Not only does the sales girl is rude, so does shopkeeper, i did nothing wrong by replacing an unused malfunction zippo insert, took them 2 months to get it repaired, understand the receipt is a proved of purchase, but come on lah, i got all my details at ur copied receipt including my IC, no need to show face as in I do not know how receipt works
