This area really shows diversity and multiculturalism as less than a mile away there're a Buddhist temple n Christian church. This mosque is old in age n has an interesting architecture, such a preserved heritage for many generations to pray and respect Muslim culture in this historical town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I came across this lovely architecture during one of my morning stroll. I love visiting places of worship to admire their design and structure and this is no exception. The ornate sculptures and the roof design captivated me. I came back in the evening to get some twilight shots.

The Kampung Kling Mosque is one of the oldest mosques in Malacca and one of many places of worship on the street known as Harmony street. For me, the building is notable for the eclectic mix of South East Asian, Chinese and Indian architectural styles. The main building of the mosque has clear South East Asian influences, while the gateway is Chinese influenced and the minaret is clearly influenced by Chinese style pagodas.
Worth a quick look to see such an eclectic mix of architecture.
