Opposite this temple , there's a oldest historical temple in Malacca . Along that street also got Indian temple and mosque located together which worth visiting.

Tranquility at its best! There's a Huge Buddha status on the first floor. You DO NOT need to take off your shoes to go in ?

Strictly warned rudely by the management recently that WE as VISITORS cannot bring in any form of offerings to pay respect and offer to Buddha from outside on our own. Hence, if we need to do offering, we can only do by purchasing them at a high price. Not recommended to visit at all. A Buddhist temple shouldn't be like that.

Viewing from the outside while passing by. Morning market crowding within the front of the temple on this Thursday. We prayer from the outside and from the facade outside, after reading through the information, we gathered that, temple is the Buddhism and of course, the structure and facade is admirable.

Chinese Mohayana Buddhist temple. Shoes are allowed in this temple though taking off might show respect one can do.

Large reasonably new temple that also has good views of other locations in the area. Note that it also tells how to use Joss sticks in English for those who have little idea what to do such as myself

Visited back in Feb. Xiang Lin Si Temple is a Buddhist temple built in the style of a Chinese architecture. It’s a very photogenic two storeyed building with Buddhist shrines on both floors. The hall on the ground floor has two major shrines as well as sculptures of the 18 disciples of Buddha of the Chinese tradition. Up stairs is another hall equally as large as the one downstairs, with three shrines to the Buddha or his disciples. The upper floor also has a balcony from where you can get a good view down Harmony Street and great photo ops of Cheng Hoon Teng Temple and to a lesser extent, Kampung Kling Mosque.
