レンタカー比較サイトでマレーシア車のマニュアル(Proton Saga)を取り揃えていた、AVISでもハーツでもなくKASINAレンタカーをチョイス。
借りた車は走行1万km程度の新しめで、車種の元が三菱やロータスという点もあるのか、大変快適に運転できました。KASINAの店員さんは、ハーツやAVISブースの強引さ感がなく、親切丁寧で感じがよかったです。国際空港の営業所なので、外国人にも慣れているのでしょう。
2014年では、ガソリン 2.1MYR(70円)/リットル、大抵セルフ(クレジットカード払い)。ナビは、私はGoogleマップ+海外WiFi(またはケータイの定額制ローミング)を使いました。
満タン返し、営業時間外は駐車場に止めて箱に鍵を投入。
※ちなみに、KLIA(空港)の掲示板地図「レンタカー窓口」の場所は、全くの大間違いです(1時間歩き回りました...おまけにインフォメーションの人も知っていない)。
サマサマホテルのほうへ行って、1Fへ降りて、となりの駐車場ビルの1Fにレンタカー屋さんがたくさんあります。KASINAは一番奥のオレンジ色のブースです。
あと、車内でドリアンを食すると、休業補償1日分?徴収されますのでご注意を。

A car rental comparison site with Malaysian car manuals (Proton Saga), not AVIS or Hearts, but KASINA rental car choice.
The rented car was a new one that traveled around 10,000km, and I could drive very comfortably, whether the car model was Mitsubishi or Lotus. The clerk at KASINA was kind and polite, with no feeling of forcing at Hearts or AVIS booth. Since it is a sales office of an international airport, you may be used to foreigners.
In 2014, gasoline 2.1MYR (70 yen) / liter, mostly self (credit card payment). As for Navi, I used Google Maps + overseas WiFi (or flat rate roaming for mobile phones).
Return to full tank, stop in the parking lot outside business hours and put the key in the box.
* By the way, the location of the KLIA (airport) bulletin board map "rental car window" is a big mistake (I walked around for an hour ... I don't even know the information person).
Go to the Sama-Sama Hotel, get off to the first floor, and there are many rental car shops on the first floor of the adjacent parking lot building. KASINA is the deepest orange booth.
Also, if you eat durian in the car, will you be compensated for a day off? Please note that it will be collected.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ actually i am a loyal customer at here. But today surprisingly i met their staff called Helmy. He is very rude. Usually i always ask them to help me to send and pick up the car at arrival or departure gate, cos i have my mom on wheel chair. Usually only two of us. My mom is 85 years old, and not in such a heakthy condition. I always bring her to KL to see doctor, and thats the reason that i always rent a car. Today i wanna return the car, and i called to office, and helmy answered my phone. he said he cant go to departure hall to get the car, i explained to him why i need that service. He said who always assists me , then ask that guy to help me, unfortunately the guy who always help me didnt at office, and i called him many many time. He didnt answer.
He insist on dont wanna go to departure to get the car, then finally i must let my 88 year old mom alone there with my luggage. Can u all imagine that. I went to office angrily and argue wit him. He said i always rent the car, and i know the TC already. if i cant follow the TC , then dont rent from Kasina. And about my mom is my problem, not him. OMG i never met a guy that such inhumane. Dont know how to care and respect elderly.
And he said write down his name, if anything happen i can look for him. He didnt scare anyone , only God he knows.
so disappointed that Kasina has an impolite staff, that never know customers are their boss.
i complaint to the guy that i usually look for, he dare not reply me....lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad service experience with your assistant manager Heimy who gave wrong info to customer that airport counter for car rent was close. Only to open 8am following day when counter was actually open and his2 staffs were seen chatting outside. He refused to look for staff and just turned away customer. Very bad attitude and service and counter staff Shukri lied bout having car after settling on price says car was not there. Was very rude as well. Unacceptable service and attitude.

Since me and my friend gonna back to hometown then, we request for return in different location, and yes they provide this special service in a really really good additional charge compare with others! Definitely come to Kasina again when I need a rent car service! Our KL trip was so so amazing with you!
