I was attended by a very friendly Mr Alex Samuel who ensured that the process was easy and fast without much hassle. The car I got was clean and great too..and the daily rate was reasonable and competitive..Will definitely recommend the company to all.. 5 stars!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a frequent traveller to Malaysia, I have been using many different car rental agencies, this is the first time I used Paradise and I must say i am pleasantly surprised with their impressive service, attitude and efficiency, plus their rate is the most reasonable as well, car was reliable and clean. Also special shout out to Shanthini and Albert, for their quick response and top notch service and problems solving. Would recommend this agency and definitely would hire them again for my next trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived to pick up my car I was picked up by staff member from Paradise at the airport who gave me a lift to the location. And when I dropped off the vehicle I was told that there was no service back to the airport which is quite disappointing. In general not a very good experience with this company. Quite miserable in my opinion. This company takes 180° turn when the customer is no longer a target that translates into revenue. Also I felt quite cheated when the person who attended me first asked me which terminal I was leaving from before turning me down on the ride. Felt like he turned me down simply because it wasn’t convenient for him Or he just couldn’t be bothered. The good thing with this company’s prices are okay compared to other Malaysian car rental companies, but more expensive than Australia and a lot more expensive than Spain.

They charged me half day price just for an early pickup
You can see the level of cars cleanings and quality here
I left some food in the car for 10 minutes,
When I came back it was full of small cockroaches!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the first time I used Paradise Rent A Car, It price was reasonable. However, I think the cost of cleaning RM100.00 to RM250.00 is very expensive and it is a burden on the customer. I personally send the car I rented for cleaning for only RM10.00. But I was wondering what if I got rained on my way to return the car to KLIA, of course I would be charged at least RM100.00 for cleaning. This makes me hesitant to rent again in the future. I hope this company will lower the cleaning charge rate to RM10.00 to RM50.00 which I think is more reasonable and the win win situation. Lucky for this company to have a friendly and helpful staff like Mr. Vicky, so I give this company five stars. Hope to see you again, thank you very much.

But my experience with Albert made me very confident to come again next time. He was easily contactable anytime and even explained to us in details in case of emergency what to do. I was attended by Miss Shanthini. She was very polite, friendly, humble and has a good mannerism. Besides, she was not hesitant to explain whatever details and information we should know patiently. I have previously had used a different rent a car service but the employee was not friendly. I would highly recommend this car rental service to all as it will surely fulfill the criteria you are looking for a car rent service. Good job?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mailed a day in advance and got a small sedan for 110MYR/DAY for 3 days. Excellent deal compared to the others. Process of picking up and returning was painless. Explanation of toll system by staff was par on - very friendly.
The "per hour over" charge however was rather expensive - make sure you return on time.
