With pre war shop house as backdrop setting, you get to experience the original and old school coffee shop feeling instead of the modern restaurant and cafes sprouting up all around Penang. I stumbled upon this shop when I was looking for Hokkien Mee and surprisingly, the Hokkien Mee was pretty good. A hidden gem I would say. If you want to eat Hokkien Mee very early in the morning around 7:30am, head over to this coffee shop. Enjoy a hot cup of kopi 'O' with a nice bowl of Hokkien Mee... :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of our favorite spots to come and eat late night. Wantan Mee is tasty, Char koay teow is good. The fried fish (ikan bakar) took awhile and is kinda pricy but still tasted great . Hokkien Mee that used to be here moved further down a little, as it gained popularity (for good reason) and needed more space for customers.
