This makan place has been around for decades. The food quality has not changed. It occupies 2 shop lot, one of which has air conditoning. This makes dining here comfortable during the hot afternoons. Its good to note that there's table service here. The dry mixed noodles were nice and crispy. The char siew and the wan ton were wonderful. The char siew was soft and tender to the bite. The size of the wan ton was larger than most wan ton mee stalls and has a fragrant sesame seed oil marinated into the minced meat, upon the first bite into the wan ton. Besides char siew, the noodles can also be paired with roasted chicken or steamed chicken.

Nice char siew wonton noodle @ RM6. Noodle cooked al dente and wonton has a good bite and decently sized. Soup version also @ RM6 is a little oily. Packed sui gao (generous size) +char siew noodle @ RM9.50. Char siew different from dine in. (color and tastes) Soup a tad oily too! Service is decent. A/C section is available since MK occupies 2 shoplot. Drinks selection is minimal though.

Come here twice before I decided to post this review. Read that the wantan noodle and char siew was good. The first time I was not happy. So decided to try a second time. The result was the same. The noodle was blant and tasteless. Char siew was OK but too lean for me. Only saving grace was the wantan (dumpling) was better than I expected. All in all a disappointment. (I really tried to like this place.....)

Traditional wanton mee. Wanton are big and noodle portion is just nice. But char siu not enough. Reminds me of my childhood. There’s an air-conditioned section so it’s cooling. Price are reasonable.

This is a mix of 3 and 4 stars rating. While the wantan noodle are springy, the dark sauce no doubt is one of the better if not the best, the soup are peppery tasty and the dumplings are better-filled relatively to others ... however, the char siew (BBQ pork) and the siew yuk (roasted pork) could do much better to complement. Roasted chicken is average but the texture was well-prepared and soft enough. Price is reasonable. The restaurant operates across 2 shoplots, whereby one is air-conditioned and another is only with fans. Service is relatively good and fast, except thet forgotten one of my order. Upon reminder, they immediately serve. Parking is limited, buy do park at the street behind and walk over.

Ordered 2 wan tan mee, 1 is roasted pork with wantan & another is pure wantan. Drinks only 1 Chinese tea. Roasted pork, wantan & noodles taste ok, vege is SAWI & really taste bad coz they use local kampong sawi, bitter & not juicy. Wantan soup over pepper. RM16 for small size, 2pax.

My random search for food and found this place! Char siew well roasted with the crispy and well marinated, wantan is very fresh and the skin is just right thickness, and chicken is good! Siew yok is hit and miss. Wantan mee fabulous, one of the best! This is an old shop, it's a hidden gem!
